Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier/Driver to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver packages to customers within a designated service area
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for customers
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least six months of courier experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
  • Good human relations and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred
Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the job. Must also meet and maintain the qualifications as outlined in the federal motor carrier safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Pay and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of $21.36. Full-time position with benefits.
