Landmark Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Chef to join our team. As a Banquet Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of banquets and catering events
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
- Train and develop culinary staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment
- Proven track record of leading a culinary team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
