Job Description:

The Senior Project Architect will lead the development of design work, coordinate with other disciplines, and assume construction administration duties on large and complex projects. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, including engineering and interiors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assume primary responsibility for construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and issuing bulletins.
  • Prepare written addenda and bulletins related to architectural work.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • NCARB certificate required.
  • LEED Certification and WELL Building Certification preferred.
  • Registered Architect.
  • 25+ years related architecture experience.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with BIM360 and point cloud software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
