Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to join our team at Planet Fitness Inc. As an Overnight Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily cleaning standards are met, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the club.
  • Be a leader and set an example for others by demonstrating a positive attitude, passion for your work, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Take initiative to get the job done without supervision, working independently to complete tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with members and staff, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Understand and comply with all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of hazardous chemicals and physical demands of the job.
  • Be on-time and dependable, ensuring that you are present and ready to work at the scheduled time.
  • Speak, understand, read, and write English fluently, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and staff.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Passion for serving others and providing excellent customer service.
  • Custodial experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical demands of the job.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
