Job Title: Overnight Custodian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to join our team at Planet Fitness Inc. As an Overnight Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our club, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that cleaning standards are met daily, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the club.
  • Be a leader and take initiative to get the job done without supervision, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with members and staff, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting, using cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management, ensuring prompt attention to any problems that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English; bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
