As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, education, and support to patients and their families. With a strong focus on patient assessment, care planning, and implementation, you will work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced RN who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional care to our patients. Your expertise in acute care or telemetry will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $135,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to unit-based safety and infection control requirements.
  • Perform patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of an interdisciplinary plan of care.
  • Provide education to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the supervision of other staff members, students, and volunteers as needed.
  • Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to patients' and caregivers' rights, as identified within the institution.

Requirements:

  • Current California RN License required.
  • Acute Care or Telemetry experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
