Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help individuals of all ages improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs
- Provide therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress
Requirements:
- Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Previous experience working with diverse populations is advantageous
