Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Hudson Valley, New York. As a key member of our architecture and interior design team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and clients
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Sketch-up
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
