Overview

At Esri, we're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team of collaborative designers. As a key member of our creative team, you'll have the opportunity to produce a wide range of portfolio-worthy work, including print and digital collateral, advertising, motion graphics, presentations, illustrations, and promotional items for special events.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including large-format event graphics and publication layouts.
  • Help evolve the Esri brand and creative direction by developing innovative design solutions.
  • Solve complex design problems and collaborate with other designers to develop creative solutions.
  • Propose forward-thinking design ideas and advise other departments on design principles and strategies.
  • Develop complex, integrated designs that meet output/printing specifications and effectively manage time and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or related role.
  • Portfolio submission: Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of recent work that demonstrate design skills.
  • Excellent design skills in layout, composition, typography, color theory, and illustration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of campaign strategies and design implementation.
  • Ability to interpret technical information (diagrams, infographics) and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Maintain a willingness to challenge yourself, inspire others, and believe all ideas are welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design.

  • Experience in motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in macOS.
Total Rewards

Esri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $83,000-$110,000 USD.
