Design Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Esri. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that showcase our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, advertising, motion graphics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand and creative direction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Provide design guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or related role.
• Excellent design skills in layout, composition, typography, color theory, and illustration.
• Demonstrated understanding of campaign strategies and design implementation.
• Ability to develop complex, integrated designs that meet output/printing specifications.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information (diagrams, infographics).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Bachelors in graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in macOS.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft.
