Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse teams of facilities personnel, including maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial staff.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and effective leadership.
  • Strategically plan budgets, capital expenditures, and project initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of buildings, sites, and equipment to assess appearance, repairs, and maintenance needs.
  • Establish policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
  • Proven experience with budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Willingness to travel to various domestic and international locations.
