Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fire Alarm Systems Leader to join our team as the President / General Manager of our new division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, financial functions, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, and financial functions to ensure the financial health and success of the organization.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to optimize productivity and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality and safety standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Set performance goals and ensure their completion.
  • Carry out all policies, procedures, training programs, and cultural values.
Requirements
  • 5 years of management experience, specifically with personnel management and proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
  • Experience in fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher, monitoring, and/or suppression systems.
  • Technical knowledge of pre-action detection, foam systems, aqua mist, quell, and other special hazard systems preferred.
  • Excellent personnel management with the ability to motivate, collaborate, and lead employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
  • NICET certifications preferred.
