We are seeking a skilled Pump Plumbing Assembler to join our team. As a Pump Plumbing Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and installing plumbing systems on our custom fire apparatus. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

• Assemble and install plumbing systems on fire apparatus, including pipes, fittings, and valves
• Perform hydrostatic leak tests and record results
• Repair any identified leaks
• Install plastic/rubber pneumatic gauge tubing and make connections
• Fabricate custom parts, such as brackets and pipe routing
• Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and 3D drawing models
• Proficient in using pneumatic or battery-powered hand tools
• Ability to lift and manipulate parts/equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
