Job Summary

This is a full-time exempt position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and influence a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active involvement in daily operations, handling production, bagging, warehouse, and delivery issues.
  • Ensuring colleagues have the necessary tools and supplies to complete tasks and meet safety, quality, and service requirements.
  • Establishing production schedules and working with QA technicians to implement food safety and quality programs.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Monitoring the workplace for safety and personnel concerns, and responding to customer complaints.
  • Participating in inventory reconciliations and sanitation/quality/GMP audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present material with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and influence people.
  • History of working safely and promoting safety improvement efforts.
