We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Fairmount Property Management Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to resolve issues and minimize downtime
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Company brand in a professional manner
- Work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet, carry heavy equipment, and perform tasks in various environments
