Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce scrap rates, and enhance product quality.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, planning, quality assurance, and maintenance, to achieve daily production goals and priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
