Meridian Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Mossville, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide manufacturing support to engine builds and testing.
  • Develop and implement standard work processes, tooling design, and procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and lead projects to develop and implement solutions.
  • Procure materials and services from external suppliers to support manufacturing improvements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and lead process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive value stream metrics.

Work Environment:

  • Lab and office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Design experience with Creo preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Contract Terms:

12-month contract with extension, requiring on-site presence.
