Key Responsibilities- Collect and transport RCRA pharmaceutical waste to central accumulation areas within facilities.
- Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate duty status on a defined schedule to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively resolve customer service questions, problems, and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review container tags to determine if size modification is required to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
- Demonstrate the highest level of sensitivity, compassion, and discretion in patient rooms.
- Be flexible to work outside normal work hours, as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
