Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appealing manner, using garnishes and presentation techniques to enhance the dining experience.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • One to two years' experience in a similar restaurant or concept, or equivalent training.
  • Courage to demonstrate knowledge of and certification within 180 days in local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
