Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the kitchen is prepared for service and cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • One to two years' experience in a similar restaurant or concept, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Courage to demonstrate knowledge of and certification within 180 days in local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
