Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physician & Community Liaison to promote our partner pain management programs in Northern Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will develop relationships with healthcare partners, analyze referral patterns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Pain Management Group is a leading provider of specialized care services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient experiences and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, office staff, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with hospital marketing staff and physician recruiters to coordinate new physician and advanced practice provider onboarding.
• Analyze referral patterns and trends to identify areas of opportunity and growth.
• Respond to referring provider concerns and seek resolutions while documenting issues and resolutions.
• Utilize CRM to track interactions, needs, opportunities, and information provided to referring providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications/marketing, healthcare, or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare sales/marketing environment.
• Proactive leader with a positive outlook and outgoing personality.
• Ability to independently operate at a high level without direct oversight.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Estimated salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, dependent on experience.
