Medical Hematology Oncology Specialist

Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hematology Oncology Specialist to join our dynamic medical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Job Summary:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives
About the Role:
- This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- At least 3 years of experience in hematology and oncology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
