Underwriting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Underwriting Specialist to join our team at National Financial Partners. As an Underwriting Specialist, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough underwriting assessments and process submissions for new business accounts.
- Collaborate with Underwriters to identify and collect relevant account information, including risk exposure, occupancy, construction class, and protective safeguards.
- Efficiently process quotes, binders, policies, endorsements, and extensions to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with specialized insurance brokers.
- Effectively coordinate and schedule inspections while monitoring compliance with recommended actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance or related field.
- Commercial property & casualty experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and report problems or errors while managing substantial amounts of detailed information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
