We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Services Representative to join our client's team in Albany, NY. As a key member of our Field Services Team, you will deliver solutions that build long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support. You will communicate effectively with customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.

Requirements:

  • Possess basic PC skills, electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
  • Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

Benefits:
