We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You'll be empowered to make shopping quick and easy for our guests, ensuring exceptional quality and exceeding their expectations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting Target's services and offerings.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, maintaining accuracy and quality while scanning and bagging guest items.
• Be knowledgeable about Target's tools, products, and services, using this knowledge to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stocking supplies and gathering abandoned items as needed.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift, with the capacity to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.
