Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Surgeons during procedures, providing precision and attention to detail.
  • Document Patient Care meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Preoperative Tasks and maintaining sterile environments are essential to your role.
  • Engage in Strategic Discussions with surgeons, monitoring patient status and handling advanced equipment with finesse.
  • Obtain Vital Radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives, showcasing your expertise.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • BLS Certification is mandatory, with completion within one month of hire.
  • Strong Teamwork and Independent Work Capabilities are essential, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Passion for Ensuring Safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness are crucial.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency is necessary.
  • Excellent Manual Dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios, are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Oral Surgery Experience is beneficial.
  • DAANCE Certification is desirable.
  • Licensed Dental Assistant Status is preferred.
  • Radiology Certification is a plus.
