Essential Duties- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to staff and users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Help with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and security, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for software applications.
- Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives and contribute ideas for improvements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related degree plan.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with programming languages or IT tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
