Pediatric Healthcare Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Healthcare Leader to oversee the daily activities of our Inpatient Unit at Shriners Children's Ohio. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care is delivered to our patients while fostering collaborative relationships with staff.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions during non-routine work hours. You will work closely with other nursing leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote exceptional patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily activities of the Inpatient Unit
- Oversee the delivery of care to patients, ensuring that staff, equipment, and resources are available and accessible
- Collaborate with staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), an active RN license in the state of practice, and at least 3 years of nursing experience in a pediatric clinical setting. Additionally, you must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a nursing supervisor and advanced certification in critical care.
Estimated Salary:$94,500 - $116,400 per year, depending on location and experience.
