Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical nutrition services to patients in accordance with hospital and department policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify nutrition-related needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field.
  • Completion of a Dietetic internship.
  • Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
