Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for HR questions and issues at our Maumelle, AR facility. This role will assist in clarifying policies and procedures, as well as calibrating team members and leaders on these policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching team members and managers regarding employee relations issues, including performance and discipline in line with business culture and legal requirements.
  • Conducting workplace investigations and promoting a positive team member experience.
  • Driving employee engagement and satisfaction through effective talent management, recruitment, assessment, and development.
  • Maintaining and optimizing site HR compliance protocol and practices.

This role requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to model high moral and ethical behavior. The successful candidate will have at least one year of human resources generalist or HR business partner experience in a manufacturing setting. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time role or someone with some experience in HR seeking to broaden their skills. This position involves onsite work with some flexibility, requiring the ability to work 20-24 hours per week, including Mondays from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and at least three days per week.
