Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, analyze data, and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact state.
  • 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
