Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with department heads to create and execute sales plans
  • Formulate sales strategies that sustain high occupancy and profitability
  • Solicit new guests through targeted outbound sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success with lead generation and closing
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
