Description

As a vital member of our bar team, you will be responsible for:
  • Crafting a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks, using quality ingredients.
  • Pouring and serving wines, as well as draught and bottled beers.
  • Handling transactions for food and drink orders efficiently.
  • Managing inventory by ordering and restocking liquors and bar supplies.
  • Creating an appealing presentation of bottled beverages and glassware.
  • Preparing garnishes by slicing and pitting fruits.
  • Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked with clean linens, glassware, and utensils.
  • Addressing guest complaints promptly and notifying management as necessary.
  • Maintaining professional etiquette while interacting with guests.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Additionally, you will assist fellow staff members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Prior experience in bartending.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Physical capability for pushing, bending, and reaching.
  • Capacity to pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Preferred CPR and first aid training.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
