Job SummaryAs a skilled Bartender with StepStone Hospitality Inc., you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and prepare cocktails and other drinks to exacting standards, utilizing a range of ingredients and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and requisitioning as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Develop and maintain a visually appealing display of bottled goods and glassware, showcasing our premium offerings.
  • Prepare garnishes and other finishing touches for drinks, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance our beverage offerings and service standards.
Requirements
  • Previous bartending experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and quality.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to perform tasks such as slicing and pitting fruit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Knowledge of applicable health, safety, and legal regulations, with the ability to obtain required licenses and certifications.
  • Preferred qualifications include CPR training and first aid training, as well as additional language ability.
