About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FormFactor. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance team schedule and performance to execute planned and unplanned equipment support.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure maximum facility uptime.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to manage projects, updates to maintenance instructions, and tool installations.
  • Provide training and certification for maintenance technicians on all production equipment.
  • Use Xsite equipment management software to execute and record all maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in microelectronics, manufacturing, or equivalent environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience operating hand and/or power tools.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience following detailed work instructions.
  • Demonstration of supervisory or team management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • A working knowledge of chemical handling.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting skills for software, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform advanced preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Must have a high awareness for safety at all times.
  • Prior clean room experience required.
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Ability to follow documentation and record keeping instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Available to be on an on-call rotation for factory support.

We offer a competitive salary range of $88,900 to $116,655, depending on location and experience.
