Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pump Repair Coordinator to join our team at DXP Enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair jobs, working with sales representatives, and ensuring timely delivery of services to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate repair jobs from various locations across the US
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Enter orders in our proprietary system, P21
  • Work with shop technicians to assess causes of failure and identify required parts
  • Prepare quotes and packing slips for customer delivery
  • Invoice orders in P21 when shipped to customers
Requirements
  • Experience in pump service and fabrication
  • Employee management experience
  • Ability to motivate team members and achieve goals
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a shop environment, requiring the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and wear steel-toe boots and safety goggles. Training and certifications will be provided as needed.
