  • Clear tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction and prompt service.
  • Set up and break down dining areas for service, including setting tables and placing utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations during and after service.
  • Carry trays, bus tubs, and other supplies safely, demonstrating the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate and assisting in meeting their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift, pull, and push moderate weights.
  • Experience in a server assistant role or similar position in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards in customer service and team support.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
