Job Description
As a Restaurant Server at Cutthroat's Saloon, you will be integral to our guest experience. You will be responsible for taking guest orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring all guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience reflective of Hyatt's standards. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively dining environment and enjoys interacting with guests.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival and assist them with their seating and menu selections.
  • Accurately take and submit guest menu selections and ensure all food and beverage items are presented efficiently and as requested.
  • Engage in casual conversation with guests, enhancing their dining experience with your knowledge of the menu and personal recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current menu offerings, including detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Perform general restaurant duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining area, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Address any guest concerns or questions promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated desire to exceed guest expectations with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively operating within a team.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift, push, and pull moderate weights.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
