In this position, you'll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing their condition, and reporting any changes. You'll also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. You should also hold current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Finally, you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
