Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Holmes Regional Medical Center. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during MRI procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Joint Review Committee-approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
  • Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification
  • Ability to work safely in a magnetic environment
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior MRI experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
