Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Outbound Operations team at MountainMovers Transportation & Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of freight from our warehouse to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Staging: Selecting and preparing outbound shipments for loading onto trucks.
  • Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading freight from trucks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operating a sit-down forklift to move freight within the warehouse.
  • Scaling and Placement: Scaling inbound freight and placing it into designated locations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • LTL/Freight Experience: Previous experience working with Less Than Truckload (LTL) and freight shipping.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when handling and tracking shipments.
