As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of manufacturing personnel and ensuring their safety, conduct, and discipline.
- Facilitating daily shift operations and ensuring adherence to internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
- Monitoring production equipment for maximum performance and implementing process improvements.
- Ensuring quality standards are met and enforcing production, quality, material handling, and housekeeping standards.
- Directly supervising employees in the manufacturing department and providing training, guidance, and support.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Related Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous automotive operations management experience preferred.
- High energy and experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
