About the Role:This is a full-time position working Thursday to Monday, 11PM-7AM. As an Overnight Adolescent Behavioral Health Tech/Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with our treatment teams to provide individualized care and support to each client.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervision and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work closely with treatment teams to provide individualized care and support to each client.
- Facilitate daily activities, including chores, meal service, and group sessions.
- Supervise self-administration of medications and maintain training in medication disbursement.
- Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings.
- Practice compliance with all policies, record keeping requirements, and assigned documentation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
