Our cutting-edge German machinery has been installed at this new site within the Innovation Business Park, and we are on the verge of commencing full-scale operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery for the production of BarrMax tape
  • Ensure adherence to product quality standards and specifications
  • Foster a safe working atmosphere
  • Conduct maintenance on production equipment
  • Support the training of new team members
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-management and task prioritization skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in metric measurements and basic mathematics
  • Basic computer skills

Work Environment:

  • Climate-controlled manufacturing space
  • Regular standing and walking required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Use of sharp tools involved
  • Willingness to adhere to work schedules and overtime as necessary
