Job Summary

As an Engineer I at Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem, you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical devices. This includes the integration of existing processes, application of experience, training, and acquired engineering techniques to solve problems encountered in design, redesign, or troubleshooting. You will also meet with external customers and suppliers to exchange information and assist with more difficult technical problems. Additionally, you will design and implement production fixtures/tools and inspection equipment, plan and strategize capacity (equipment, labor, space) and maintenance, track production yield, productivity, and downtime, and develop and maintain Manufacturing Process Instructions, routers, and bill of materials.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and improve manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical devices
* Integrate existing processes
* Apply experience, training, and acquired engineering techniques to solve problems
* Meet with external customers and suppliers
* Design and implement production fixtures/tools and inspection equipment
* Plan and strategize capacity and maintenance
* Track production yield, productivity, and downtime
* Develop and maintain Manufacturing Process Instructions, routers, and bill of materials

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
