About the Role

The Chief Endocrine Care Physician will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the endocrinology team.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborating with primary care physicians and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educating patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school and board certification in Endocrinology.
  • Valid state medical license to practice in Texas.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a dedication to providing patient-centered care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience.
