Job Title: Chief Learning Officer

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

About the Role:

The Chief Learning Officer at Extremity Care is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall learning strategy, including talent development, leadership development, and regulatory compliance. This includes designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy: Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that addresses the needs of the organization, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Training Program Design: Create and implement tailored training programs to enhance leadership capabilities, workforce readiness, and employee performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training programs adhere to relevant regulations such as OSHA and HIPAA, maintaining a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, and other industry standards.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), evaluating the need for implementing new technology and platforms to increase efficiency and enhance learning capabilities.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure future leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role required.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in training and development principles, strategies, and tools, including LMS platforms, regulatory compliance, leadership development, and talent development.
