Key Responsibilities


• Ensure that products are produced safely, adhering to the highest quality standards and timelines, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Collaborate across departments to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets.


• Manage labor capacity in accordance with sales and operations planning (S&OP).


• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team focused on exceeding customer expectations.


• Encourage employee involvement in problem-solving and ongoing learning initiatives.


• Conduct daily team meetings and monthly organizational updates.


• Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards in line with best practices and legal requirements.


• Actively engage in Operational Excellence projects aimed at the strategic advancement of production technologies and processes.


• Assist the customer audit team with facility tours, process inquiries, and audit preparations.


• Exhibit commitment to CPC's core values.


• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.


• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.


• Experience in controlled manufacturing environments is preferred.


• Proficient in production analytics and reporting.


• Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, and scheduling.


• Familiarity with various flow management techniques, particularly in low-volume/high-mix operations.


• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO9001.


• Understanding of health and safety best practices.
