Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Olympic Place by Bonaventure. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by providing accurate nursing assessments, contributing to quality service plans, and educating and guiding staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring their condition.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and the community.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse License.
  • 1-year experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting.
  • Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care.
  • Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
  • Ability to relate to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
