The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Primient, you will be responsible for leading high-priority projects across multiple business functions. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including budgets and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business functions.
  • Act as a liaison between business functions and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  • Provide visibility to resource availability and allocation, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned and knowledge management.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading high-priority projects.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple project teams simultaneously, with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience, with a strong understanding of financial planning and control.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
